Drawbridge connects through Veradigm's secure API, over encrypted connections, with the access you authorize through Veradigm®.

Drawbridge writes only the items above. It never writes clinical content (notes, orders, result values or medication changes), and the phone assistant never interprets results or medications.

Faxes and lab files
When you go live, faxes and lab files come to Drawbridge first; MOATiT sets up the fax routing and the lab file drop with you. Multi-patient lab batches are split by patient. Anything that needs a person goes to your Veradigm® EHR document queue for staff, as today.
Your clinic number
Your line forwards the calls you choose (after hours, overflow or all) to Drawbridge first. Callers can be transferred to the staff line you choose; after hours, urgent calls are written to the on-call notebook.
Status alerts
Status alerts by encrypted email to MOATiT's help desk whenever the Veradigm® connection changes.

Drawbridge runs single-tenant per practice on MOATiT's infrastructure.

- A signed BAA and Veradigm® accessYou sign our business associate agreement and authorize Veradigm® to give Drawbridge access to your Veradigm® EHR and Veradigm® Practice Management.
- Fax and lab routing, at go-liveWhen you approve going live, MOATiT sets up the fax routing and the lab file drop with you, so faxes and lab files come to Drawbridge first.
- Call forwardingYour line forwards the calls you choose to Drawbridge first.
Filed results and review tasks appear in Veradigm® EHR, where your team already works.
